Day by Day
You’ll start your journey from Arusha, heading towards Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is home to Tanzania’s largest elephant population and is dotted with baobab trees, hosting a variety of bird and animal species. Here, you’ll embark on your first walking safari, guided by experienced naturalists, to spot wildlife and learn about the local ecosystem.
Post breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage site, known for its stunning crater – the world’s largest caldera. On a game drive, spot the big five – lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffalos, while admiring the scenic beauty.
After a hearty breakfast, embark on a journey to Serengeti National Park, which is famed for its annual migration of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles. Experience an afternoon walking safari under the supervision of professional guides, offering a more intimate wildlife encounter.
Spend the entire day in the vast plains of Serengeti, exploring different areas of the park and observing the wide variety of wildlife. In the evening, relax around the campfire, sharing stories of the day’s adventures.
After a morning walking safari in the Serengeti, you’ll journey back to Arusha, reminiscing about the beautiful memories of your Tanzanian adventure. The tour concludes upon arrival in Arusha.

Activities & Transportation
Throughout this journey, your main activity will be walking safaris guided by experienced naturalists and game drives in safari vehicles equipped for off-road, open-roof viewing. Walking safaris provide an unparalleled opportunity to observe wildlife in their natural habitat, engage with the local flora, and immerse yourself in the sounds and scents of the African bush. The tour also includes transport in a 4×4 Safari vehicle equipped with a pop-up roof for game viewing and photography, driven by a professional English-speaking driver-guide.
Accommodation & Meals
Accommodation will be in camping tents located within the parks for a truly immersive bush experience. All camping gear will be provided, including spacious tents, sleeping bags, and campsite furniture. Our camp chefs will serve hearty meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring a blend of local Tanzanian and International cuisine, cooked over a campfire. Vegetarian and special dietary options can be catered to with prior notice.
