Embark on a unique journey that takes you away from the tourist crowds, to secluded natural reserves and unspoiled landscapes teeming with wildlife. From the lush rainforests of the Usambara Mountains to the vast expanses of the Serengeti, you will be captivated by the raw beauty and untamed wilderness of Tanzania.
Day by Day
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport where our representative will greet and transfer you to your accommodation in Arusha. Rest and prepare for the adventure that lies ahead.
Begin your safari journey by heading towards the Usambara Mountains. Renowned for their lush biodiversity and endemism, you’ll spend two days hiking and exploring this rainforest paradise, home to numerous bird species, primates, and butterflies.
Next, visit Mkomazi National Park, a gem hidden amidst the Usambara and Pare Mountains. Enjoy thrilling game drives, witness diverse species including elephants, giraffes, zebras, and perhaps the elusive black rhinoceros and African wild dogs.
We head towards the historical coastal town of Pangani. Besides its sandy beaches, explore the centuries-old ruins, visit coconut and sisal plantations, and enjoy a river safari to see hippos and crocodiles.
We continue our journey to Saadani National Park – the only wildlife sanctuary in Tanzania bordering the sea. Here, the beach meets the bush, providing an unusual cocktail of both marine and mainland flora and fauna.
Next, we venture to the heart of the wild – Serengeti National Park. Over three days, indulge in game drives witnessing the iconic African wildlife including lions, elephants, zebras, and if lucky, the Great Migration.
On the last day of safari, we head back to Arusha. En route, enjoy a farewell lunch in the African plains, reflecting on the unforgettable experiences of the past two weeks.
Say goodbye to Tanzania as you are transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure, taking the spirit of the African wilderness with you.
